Ugly Sweater Love.

We took a trip to Goodwill today after going grocery shopping. The initial goal was to find a suitcase big enough to fit all of Don's tattoing equipment but small enough to still carry around comfortably. It took a minute but we ended up finding an old roller skate bag that works pretty much perfectly. It looks pretty much like the one below but not nearly as fancy. Or cool. I mean come on, that thing is fucking sweet.

Anyway. Then Donny wanted to look at anything and everything that he could get his hands on. A purple noodle for swimming, a golf club, a stuffed snowman as big as he is, Hallowe'en decorations and so on. I meandered with Charlie and Kayleigh (neither of which was having a very good day today. . .both sick and feeling icky...blahh) over to the movie section. You see, we recently came into posession of a VCR and we're trying to accumulate kids videos for it. Mostly because I feel more comfortable with them using the VCR than my Xbox for movie watching. The VCR they can use themselves, the Xbox. . .well not so much. Anyway, got a few movies. The Land Before Tiume, Peter Rabbit, a Fischer Price Little People movie, A Big Bird Read Along, Babe and Marry Poppins. . .all for .38$ a piece. Hell yes.
But okay.
Here. The Point of this post.
(well besides updating those of you that read this about my life.)
Ugly Sweaters.
I'm sure you're all aware. Goodwill is a haven for the ugly sweater. Sweaters men havent worn in ages because they feel nauseous just looking at them. Their wives yank those babies out of the backs of closets and drop them off at goodwill all for the taking of me, or other people like me, that can't pass up a beautiful ugly sweater. And because I got my internet (say it with me.....FINALLY!) I can post my pictures I take and this just makes me want to share with you all about my lovely finds. Plus, not to toot my own horn, but I've lost a lot of weight and not that you can really tell, but I look really good now. . .in my opinion. I got four sweaters. All different. All so ugly they are beautiful. One picked by Donny who was so very excited he found something I liked. I'm telling you, I love this kid.
^^This is the one I'm wearing today, in case you happen to be curious. I got this one on 1/2 price last year near the end of winter.
1. Gray and Navy. With that lovely design all around the midriff and arms.
2. Red and Gray. Red chevrons pointing downwards all around the neck with squares and solid bands around the midriff. More filled triangles pointing upwards around the bottom.
3. I know it's hard to see but the sweater is red and the raised part is red. It's supersoft and pretty. Even if this picture doesn't do it justice at all. Sad face.
4. Green and blue and grey stripes all the way around. Very Comfy. Not much else to say about this ones. You can pretty much see what it looks like in the picture.

I'm working on trying to get back into my photoediting skills, but I don't really want to illegally download photoshop now with all the regulations and laws that came out when I was away from the internet. But man do I miss my photoshop.
*le sigh*
Well, Don's mother is here now. I should go visit. Even though she called me ugly.
