And I actually decided to spend a little bit of money on one (as opposed to my first phone was free with the purchase of a phone, as was my second phone (the chocolate), and the phone I had for the last 2 years was $30 when all was said and done). So I seriously upgraded and am now waiting for this sweet baby to come to me. It should be here by Wednsday at the latest and I'm super psyched.
Then I have to transfer my line to it's own line completely and all will be well in the world of Cell Phones-and-how-they-affect-Alicia-and-her-mother.
Just downloaded this sweet baby, and because I'm staying in for the night (holy hell, Batman, that's a shocker!) I'm going to indulge myself in a little Sim action. I'll probably be in for the night tomorrow too so it'll all work out and make for a thouroughly unproductive weekend. But that's all okay because I finished a book already, and it's my second full weekend off in months. I give no fucks. Maybe I'll download the pets expansion too. . . but I should probably clear off some space on my hard drive first.
I am also having a serious need to box shit up just so it's not all out and I don't have this overwhelming urge to just throw it away. I think I might be a little angry because I have this urge to clean and clean and scrub and make things spotless. But then I'm realistic and say "Alicia, it's 2:30 in the goddamn morning, just go play your expansion."
